Ghiacciola GS1000 is the evolution of the already known GS100 Invented by Vincenzo Sottile in 2004 in Italy, protected by 2 patents. Ghiacciola is the only automatic machine for homemade production of ice creams, sorbets and popsicles on stick.
Ghiacciola GS 1000 produces up to 1000 pieces per day and boasts a closed circuit thermodynamic which allows to produce 24 hours a day in a closed cycle with low energy consumption and in compliance with current hygiene regulations.
Ghiacciola was imagined, designed and manufactured with the objective of providing the customer with a valid alternative to industrial ice cream on stick.
With Ghiacciola the ice cream maker can produce high quality creamy ice cream using few and simple, genuine ingredients, without blowing air.
